What can sales and marketing automation do for my business?
It handles the admin between a new enquiry and a sales conversation: capturing leads from forms, ads and chats, logging them in your CRM, routing them to the right person, scheduling follow-ups and reporting on which sources bring qualified leads. Content drafting can be added as an optional workflow, reviewed by your team.
Can it follow up with leads automatically?
Yes, for people who have enquired or opted in. Follow-ups and reminders run on a schedule across email and WhatsApp, and replies go back to the lead's owner. We don't build unsolicited bulk messaging, and WhatsApp follow-ups use approved templates where Meta requires them.
Do we still control what gets sent or published?
Yes. You decide which steps run on their own and which wait for approval. First messages, quotes, discounts, ad copy and drafted content can all wait for a person. Launching campaigns and changing budgets stay with your team.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
Usually not. We check what your CRM, forms and messaging channels allow through their APIs or built-in connectors, and design around them. If the CRM needs tidying first, such as duplicate contacts or unclear stages, we say so during discovery.
Which part of our sales process should we automate first?
Usually lead capture and routing, or follow-up reminders. Both are repetitive, easy to measure and low risk, and they make later steps such as quotes and reporting more reliable.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Failed syncs, bounced messages and leads without a clear owner are logged and sent to a named person. Contacts with no consent on record are paused instead of messaged, and duplicates are merged or flagged before anyone is contacted twice.
Can you promise more leads or higher conversion?
No. Automation makes capture, follow-up and CRM updates consistent, so fewer enquiries are overlooked, but lead volume and conversion depend on your offer, market and sales team. We estimate the admin time involved and agree what to measure, such as response time and qualified leads by source, so you can judge whether it is worth it.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on the number of lead sources, the state of your CRM and the approval steps you want. A single channel feeding the CRM is a common first phase, and the timeline is set out in the initial plan once we have seen your setup.
