Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We start with a free discovery consultation to understand your process and assess whether automation is suitable. For an actionable project opportunity, we follow up with a tailored written initial automation plan and proposal.
What's included in the initial automation plan?
It outlines the business problem, recommended workflow, potential automations, key assumptions, scope, dependencies, implementation phases and a tailored project quotation. The plan helps you decide whether to proceed. Detailed engineering design and implementation are part of a separate project agreement.
How much will my automation cost?
We don't use one-size-fits-all project pricing. Cost depends on process complexity, system access, integrations, data quality, security needs and testing requirements. We'll discuss these during discovery and quote your project privately in the proposal.
Do I need an ongoing maintenance subscription?
No. You can run the system yourself after handover, or ask us to monitor and maintain it. We'll agree on handover responsibilities and any required third-party hosting or software costs in the project proposal. Where a client chooses Framworq-managed infrastructure, its operating terms are specified separately.
Will we own the system and source code?
You own the bespoke code and project-specific deliverables covered by the agreement. Framworq retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, libraries and reusable components. We document the licences and handover materials needed for your team to operate the delivered solution. Third-party software remains subject to its own terms.
Can you connect to our existing WordPress website or Shopify store?
Often, yes, where the relevant APIs, integrations and permissions allow it. Framworq focuses on AI automation for your business workflows, rather than standalone website or storefront development.
Will we have to replace our current tools?
Not necessarily. We start with the software you already use and check what can be integrated safely and reliably. When a new dashboard or internal tool would improve the workflow, we'll include it in the recommended scope.
What if automation makes a mistake?
We identify validation rules, human approvals and exception paths during planning. Specific testing, logging and recovery features depend on the agreed workflow and risk level.
