Workflow Automation

Workflow automation built on n8n, Make and Zapier

We connect your apps and turn manual, multi-step processes into automations that run themselves — built on n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Real connectors, triggers, webhooks and error handling, self-hosted or cloud. Based in Kuala Lumpur, building for Malaysia and worldwide.

What we build

Production automations, not one-off Zaps that break

We build workflows on the platform that fits — n8n, Make.com or Zapier — and engineer them to run reliably in production. Concrete deliverables you own.

Multi-step workflows

End-to-end automations across your apps — triggers, branching logic, data mapping and scheduled runs — built on n8n, Make.com or Zapier.

Connectors & integrations

Native app connectors where they exist, and custom HTTP / REST calls where they don’t — so any tool with an API joins the flow.

Webhook & event triggers

Real-time webhooks, polling and schedule triggers so workflows fire the moment a form is submitted, a record changes or a message arrives.

Error handling & monitoring

Retry-with-backoff, error branches, de-duplication and Slack or email alerts — plus execution logs so a failed run can be audited and replayed.

Self-hosted n8n setup

Containerised n8n deployed on your cloud or on-premise infrastructure — credential encryption, queue mode, backups — so data never leaves your environment.

Documentation & handover

Every workflow is documented and handed over with a walkthrough, so your team can read, edit and extend it — no lock-in.

The platforms we build on

We build across n8n, Make.com and Zapier, wired into the apps you already run. Where there’s no native connector we use webhooks and REST APIs, automate across Microsoft 365, and offer self-hosting for full data control.

The kind of workflows we ship

A sample of what these platforms make possible — each wired to your real apps, with triggers, logic and error handling.

Lead-to-CRM on n8n

Webhook captures a new lead, enriches it via REST API, de-dupes and writes it to HubSpot with a Slack alert.

Form ops on Make.com

A visual scenario routes form submissions, updates Airtable, files documents in Google Drive and books the follow-up.

Notifications on Zapier

Off-the-shelf Zaps push new orders and app events into Slack, Gmail and Notion with zero custom code.

What shapes the investment

Transparent scoping, fixed quotes

We don’t sell open-ended retainers. After a free scoping call we quote a fixed price before any build starts. A few factors drive that scope:

Number of workflows
A single automation, or a connected suite of workflows across several processes.
Steps & branching logic
A linear two-app flow is quick; conditional routing, loops and data transforms add build time.
Connectors required
Native connectors are fast; custom HTTP / REST integrations against undocumented APIs take longer.
Hosting & platform
Cloud Zapier or Make.com vs a self-hosted n8n instance we deploy, secure and maintain for you.
Reliability requirements
High-volume, business-critical flows need deeper error handling, monitoring and replay logic.

FAQ

Workflow automation questions

Which workflow automation platforms do you build on?

Primarily n8n, Make.com and Zapier, plus native automation inside Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. We pick the platform per workflow: n8n for complex, self-hosted or high-volume logic, Make.com for visual multi-step scenarios, and Zapier where a fast, off-the-shelf connector already exists. Where no platform fits, we drop to webhooks and REST APIs.

When should we use n8n instead of Zapier or Make.com?

Choose n8n when you need branching logic, custom code steps, high run volumes, or data that must stay on your own infrastructure — it is open-source and self-hostable, so there is no per-task metering. Zapier and Make.com win when speed to launch and a ready-made connector matter more than control. We will recommend the right one for each workflow rather than forcing everything onto a single tool.

Can you self-host n8n on our own servers?

Yes. We deploy and configure self-hosted n8n on your cloud or on-premise infrastructure — containerised, with environment variables, credential encryption, queue mode for scale and backups — so your data and workflow logic never leave your environment. We can also manage a hosted instance for you if you prefer not to run it yourself.

How do you connect tools that don’t have a native integration?

We use the platform’s HTTP request node to call any REST API directly, and we build webhook triggers so external systems can push events into the workflow in real time. If a tool exposes an API or webhook, we can integrate it — even when there is no pre-built connector in the app directory.

How do you handle errors, retries and failed runs?

Every production workflow ships with error handling: retry-with-backoff on transient failures, dedicated error branches, and alerts to Slack or email when something needs a human. We add idempotency and de-duplication so re-runs don’t double-post, and we log executions so you can audit and replay a failed run rather than losing data silently.

Do you build automations on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?

Yes. We automate across Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive and Calendar, and across Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive — using their official APIs and OAuth. These are often the trigger or the destination for a workflow, wired to n8n, Make.com or Zapier in the middle.

Who owns the workflows, and can our team edit them after handover?

You own everything. Workflows are built in your own platform accounts (or your self-hosted n8n), documented, and handed over with a walkthrough so your team can read, edit and extend them. We are not a lock-in vendor — you can maintain the automations in-house or keep us on for changes, your choice.

How do you keep credentials and connected data secure?

Credentials are stored in the platform’s encrypted credential store or your secret manager, never hard-coded into workflows. We use scoped OAuth and least-privilege API keys, keep sensitive actions under human approval where needed, and can self-host so data stays inside your infrastructure. Each workflow only touches the data it needs.

Do you work with businesses outside Malaysia?

Yes. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and build and support workflow automations for clients across Malaysia and internationally, remotely.
