A marketing dashboard per client, without the Monday copy-paste.
Every client's numbers, pulled and checked before the week starts. Account managers review the story, not the spreadsheet.
Each client gets a marketing dashboard that fills itself: spend, leads and results are pulled from Meta, Google Ads and GA4 on a schedule, normalised and turned into KPIs. Unusual movements are flagged, AI drafts the commentary, and the account manager edits and approves each report before it goes out.
- Pulled on schedule
- Anomalies flagged early
- Account manager approves
No upfront consultation fee. Free discovery and a free tailored proposal.
Reporting day is a copy-paste day.
Each client report means logging in to Meta, Google Ads and GA4, exporting, fixing dates and currencies, rebuilding the same charts and writing similar commentary. Repeat for every client and a working day disappears.
Before: reports built by hand

How the pieces connect.
Data comes straight from the platforms your clients advertise on. Reports go out in the format each client already expects.
Each platform needs API access granted by the ad account owner, and access can expire. The workflow checks every connection before each run.

Marketing dashboard questions.
Straight answers about scope, data, ownership and support. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly below.
What does each client's dashboard show?
It depends on what each client is measured on. A typical one shows spend, leads, conversions, cost per lead and ROAS against the client's targets, with pacing and unusual swings flagged. Data comes from Meta, Google Ads and GA4 through their official APIs, and TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads can be added where the platform offers API access.
Can you automate Looker Studio reports?
Yes. Data is pulled on a schedule into Google Sheets or BigQuery, and your Looker Studio reports read from there, so they stay current without anyone exporting files. If a client prefers a PDF, slides or an email summary, the same checked numbers can go out in that format instead.
Can we keep our marketing dashboard template?
Yes. Reports can fill your existing slides, Google Sheets or Looker Studio layout, so clients see the format they already know. If you don't have a template yet, we build one around the KPIs your clients care about and reuse it across accounts, so each new client starts from the same structure.
How does automated client reporting handle different currencies?
Spend is converted to each client's reporting currency using a rate source you agree, and dates are aligned to the client's time zone. That matters for Malaysian agencies whose clients advertise in ringgit, Singapore dollars or US dollars across several markets, because figures from different platforms then add up.
Is the AI commentary reliable, and who approves the report?
It is a first draft, and the account manager approves every report. The commentary is written only from the numbers in that report and points to the figures it uses. If API access has expired or tracking has a gap, the report is held and the account manager is alerted rather than incomplete numbers being sent.
How is this different from an off-the-shelf reporting tool?
Most reporting tools are good at charts but still leave someone to check the numbers and write the story. This workflow adds checks against each client's targets, holds reports when data is missing and drafts commentary for review. It fills the templates and dashboards you already use rather than replacing them.
How much does it cost and how long does setup take?
It depends on the number of clients, ad accounts and platforms, and on the report formats you need. You get a private quote after a free discovery call. Setup time depends on the same factors and on how quickly each ad account owner grants API access, so we begin with a few clients and then roll out to the rest.
Is each client's data kept separate and secure?
Yes. Each client's data is stored and reported separately, and access is limited to the team members on that account. Dashboards sit behind a login, API credentials stay on the server, and personal data is handled in line with PDPA. The workflow only reads campaign data and never changes campaigns or budgets.
