AI Chatbots & Voice Agents

Automated customer support, with your team on hand.

The same questions, every day. Why is your team still answering them by hand?

Enquiries, bookings and calls arrive on WhatsApp, your website and the phone, often after hours. We design assistants that answer routine questions from your approved information, take bookings and pass everything else to your staff with the context.

  • Cover for after-hours enquiries
  • Staff take over when it matters

No upfront consultation fee. Free discovery and a free tailored proposal.

The transformation

Same customer request. Fewer messages to get there.

A booking example, from a customer's first message to a confirmed slot. Your booking rules stay the same; the back-and-forth moves to the assistant.

Before: manual

  1. Customer messages to ask about a slot
  2. Staff reply when they are free
  3. Several messages to agree a time
  4. Booking typed into the calendar by hand
  5. Reminder sent, if someone remembers

After: connected workflow

  1. Message answered on the channel the customer used
  2. Service and details checked against your rules
  3. Open slots offered from your connected calendar
  4. Special requests passed to staff to confirmYour team
  5. Booking confirmed, reminder scheduled

Customers still reach your team. They just stop waiting for the routine part.

Support with oversight

Routine questions answered. Your staff stay in charge.

Each assistant works from content you approve, knows when to hand over and is guarded against misuse.

Clear hand-over rules
Complaints, sensitive topics, unsupported languages and anything outside your approved content go to a named person with a summary.
Calls handled properly
Callers hear a recording notice, consent and recording rules are agreed per project, and complex calls go to your staff.
Guarded and logged
Conversations are logged, the assistant stays in its agreed role, and attempts to make it reveal instructions or act outside scope are filtered and flagged.

FAQ

Chatbot and voice agent questions.

Straight answers about scope, data, ownership and support. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly below.

Can it connect to WhatsApp?

Yes. Assistants can run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, alongside web chat and social inboxes. Your business needs to meet Meta's eligibility and setup requirements, and we can't guarantee Meta's approval. Staff can take over any conversation.

Can it answer phone calls?

Yes, for supported call types. A voice assistant can answer routine questions, take messages, book where a calendar is connected and transfer to staff. Callers are told about recording, and consent and recording rules are agreed for each project.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, where your calendar or booking system can be connected. It checks real availability, offers slots and confirms the booking. Without a connected calendar, it captures the request for your team to confirm.

Does it replace my staff?

No. It takes routine questions and bookings off the queue so your team has more time for customers who need a person. Complaints, sensitive topics and anything outside your approved content are handed to staff.

Which enquiries should we automate first?

Start with the questions your team answers most often, such as prices, hours, locations and availability, or with after-hours messages. They are easy to check and low risk, and bookings can follow once those answers are reliable.

What happens when it can't answer, or gets something wrong?

It answers from the content you approve. When it has no confident answer, or a customer writes in a language you don't support, it says a team member will follow up and passes the conversation on with a summary. It can still make mistakes, so commitments such as refunds or discounts wait for a person, and conversations are logged for review.

How do we know whether it is worth it?

We look at enquiry volumes, time spent replying and missed calls today, then compare them with the build and running costs, including platform and AI usage fees. Before launch we agree what to measure, such as response time and how often conversations are handed to staff.

How long does deployment take?

It depends on the channels, whether voice is included, the integrations and channel approvals such as WhatsApp setup. One channel answering a defined set of questions is a common first phase, and the timeline is confirmed in the initial plan.
