Share your workflow
Tell us which steps are manual, the software involved and what you'd like to improve.
Tell us what’s slowing your team down. We start with a free discovery call, then send you a tailored plan and quote.
A few sentences about the work is enough. We’ll ask the rest on the call.
Free discovery. A clear plan. No commitment to build.
We’ll contact you to arrange discovery and explain what information we need for your tailored initial plan and proposal. For anything urgent, message us on WhatsApp.
Message us on WhatsAppYou decide whether to go ahead only after you’ve seen the plan, the scope and the quote.
Tell us which steps are manual, the software involved and what you'd like to improve.
We talk through the process, constraints, volumes, stakeholders and how success would be measured.
A tailored written recommendation: the problem, proposed automation, high-level workflow, assumptions, scope, indicative timeline, responsibilities and a private quotation.
If you approve the scope, we agree milestones and move into the paid build.
Your initial plan covers the current problem, a recommended future workflow, what the project includes, expected outcomes and assumptions, implementation steps and a tailored quotation.
Detailed technical specifications, prototypes and implementation are scoped separately if you choose to move forward. We don’t guarantee automation is suitable for every process; if it isn’t, we’ll tell you why.
How the free discovery works, what the plan includes and what happens after.
Yes. We start with a free discovery consultation to understand your process and assess whether automation is suitable. For an actionable project opportunity, we follow up with a tailored written initial automation plan and proposal.
It outlines the business problem, recommended workflow, potential automations, key assumptions, scope, dependencies, implementation phases and a tailored project quotation. The plan helps you decide whether to proceed. Detailed engineering design and implementation are part of a separate project agreement.
After discovery. Once we understand the workflow, systems and requirements, the quote comes with your tailored initial plan and proposal. We don't quote implementation before that, because cost depends on process complexity, system access, integrations, data quality, security needs and testing.
No. The discovery consultation and initial plan carry no obligation. If the scope makes sense, we agree milestones and move into the paid build. If a process isn't a good fit for automation, we'll explain why rather than inventing a proposal.
Usually, yes, where the relevant APIs, integrations and permissions allow it. We start with the tools you already have and check what can be integrated safely and reliably during discovery. When a new dashboard or internal tool would improve the workflow, we'll include it in the recommended scope.
A short description of the process, the software involved, rough volumes (for example, invoices or enquiries a month), who does the work today and what a good outcome looks like. Sample documents or screenshots help, but remove sensitive details first or ask us about an NDA.
Yes. If the workflow involves confidential client, patient or financial information, tell us in the form or on WhatsApp and we can discuss an NDA before you share anything sensitive.
No. You can run the system yourself after handover, or ask us to monitor and maintain it. We agree on handover responsibilities and any required third-party hosting or software costs in the project proposal.
