A Google Maps scraper built on the official Places API.

Type who you want to reach and where. A clean list of local businesses is ready for your team to review.

Unlike a typical Google Maps scraper, it finds businesses through Google's official Places API, then adds the website, business email and phone each one publishes on its own site. Duplicates and existing CRM contacts are removed, and your team reviews the list before any outreach.

  • Google's official Places API
  • Business contacts only, PDPA-aware
  • Reviewed before outreach

The problem

Building a lead list eats the week.

Someone searches Google Maps, opens each listing, visits the website for an email, copies it all into a sheet and checks it against the CRM by eye. A list of fifty takes days, and some of it turns out to be existing customers.

Before: copy and paste from Maps

  1. Search Maps area by area
  2. Open each listing and note the details
  3. Visit the website to find an email
  4. Paste everything into a spreadsheet
  5. Check by eye against the CRM

After: the lead list builder

  1. One sentence typed: who and where
  2. Businesses found through the Places API
  3. Enriched from websites, duplicates removed
  4. Sales reviews the list before outreachYour team
  5. Approved list imported to the CRM or a sheet

Sales spends its time on conversations, not on copying addresses.

How it works

From one sentence to a list in your CRM.

What happens, and when, after a salesperson types a target. The lead list automation runs in the background, and the list is reviewed before anyone is contacted.

People and automation

The builder finds and cleans. Sales decides who to contact.

FAQ

Google Maps scraper questions.

Straight answers about scope, data, ownership and support. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly below.

Is this Google Maps scraper compliant with Google's terms?

It is built to be. Instead of scraping Google Maps pages, which Google's terms restrict, it uses Google's official Places API under its terms, quotas and fees. Places data comes with rules on storage and attribution, and those rules shape how long a list is kept and when it is refreshed.

How does the lead list builder work?

You type who you want to reach and where, such as dental clinics in Petaling Jaya. The sentence becomes area searches, businesses are pulled from the Places API, websites are read for published contact details and duplicates are removed. The finished sheet goes to sales for review before anything reaches the CRM.

Can it work as an email finder?

Yes, for business emails only. It reads each company's own website, such as its contact page, for an email published for enquiries, and records the source and date. Personal and private addresses are left out, and when a business publishes no email, the sheet says so rather than guessing one.

Does it work for lead generation across Malaysia?

Yes. Searches work for any area Google covers, from one district in the Klang Valley to a whole state such as Johor or Penang. Coverage is thinner for some areas and categories, so the review sheet shows how many results each search returned and where the gaps are.

How does it fit with PDPA?

It keeps to business contact details only. Each field records its source and date, outreach should carry a clear opt-out, and opted-out businesses are excluded from future lists. Retention and who can open the lists are agreed with you before the first one is built.

Does it check leads against our existing CRM?

Yes. Each business is matched against HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or your shared sheet by name, phone, website and address. Branches of the same business are merged into one entry, and existing customers and open deals are skipped or tagged, so sales doesn't approach them cold.

How much does it cost to run?

It depends on how many lists you build each week, how many businesses each one holds, the fields you need and your CRM, plus Google's own Places API usage fees. You get a private quote after a free discovery session, and the first build usually covers one or two of your most common searches.

How is it different from a free Google Maps scraper extension?

Free extensions usually copy data straight from Maps pages, which can breach Google's terms and break when the page changes. This B2B lead generation tool uses the Places API, adds business contacts from company websites, removes CRM duplicates and keeps a source for every field, with sales reviewing each list before outreach.
