Loan application processing on WhatsApp, ready for the adviser.
Clients send their documents where they already chat. The adviser opens a complete, checked file.
Loan application processing starts in the chat your clients already use. An assistant sends the right checklist for the loan, reads each IC, payslip, EPF and bank statement as it arrives, and asks for anything missing or out of date. The adviser gets a pre-eligibility summary, then advises and decides where to submit.
- Checklist by loan type
- Consent before any upload
- The adviser decides and submits
No upfront consultation fee. Free discovery and a free tailored proposal.
Hi, I'd like to apply for a personal loan of about RM 50k. What do you need from me?
Please send your IC, last 3 months' payslips, latest EPF statement and 3 months' bank statements.
Sent everything just now.
Thank you, all received. One payslip is from April, older than 3 months. Could you send the latest one?
Every enquiry turns into a week of chasing documents.
Loan enquiries arrive on WhatsApp. The adviser types out the document list, then files trickle in as photos and PDFs over several days. Each one is opened, checked for dates and names, and the numbers are keyed into a spreadsheet before any advice can start.

The assistant checks loan application documents. The adviser advises.
Gathering and checking paperwork is automated. Advice, eligibility judgements and the relationship with the client stay with the licensed adviser.
- Sending the checklist for each loan type
- Reading IC, payslips, EPF and bank statements
- Flagging old, unclear or mismatched documents
- Reminding clients about outstanding files
- Preparing the pre-eligibility summary
- Advice on loan amount, tenure and banks
- Judging eligibility from the summary
- Credit report checks, with the client's consent
- Self-employed and unusual income cases
- Submitting the application to banks
Nothing goes to a bank until the adviser reviews it.
- Tells a client their loan will be approved
- Recommends a bank, product or loan amount
- Shares documents outside your secure storage
How the pieces connect.
Clients keep using WhatsApp. Documents land in storage your firm controls, and the adviser works from one queue.
Bank portals rarely allow automated submission, so the adviser submits. We confirm what your storage and CRM allow during discovery.

Loan application processing questions.
Straight answers about scope, data, ownership and support. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly below.
What loan application documents does a personal loan need?
For a salaried applicant in Malaysia, usually the IC, the last three months' payslips, the latest EPF statement and three months' bank statements, though each bank sets its own list. Self-employed applicants are asked for business bank statements, SSM documents and tax returns instead. The assistant sends the right checklist for each loan type and applicant profile.
How does loan application processing on WhatsApp work?
The client asks about a loan on WhatsApp and receives the checklist for that loan type. Each document is read as it arrives and checked for dates, names, readability and missing pages, and the client is reminded about anything outstanding. Compared with collecting by hand, the adviser no longer opens and keys in every attachment, and starts from a checked file.
Does the assistant tell clients whether their loan will be approved?
No. It collects and checks documents and prepares a pre-eligibility summary for the adviser, without commenting on the client's chances. Advice on amount, tenure and banks, eligibility judgements and the decision to submit stay with the licensed adviser, and approval rests with the bank.
How is the pre-eligibility summary worked out?
From the income and commitments read from the documents, using the debt service ratio method and bank criteria your adviser already uses. It is labelled indicative and is a starting point for the adviser's review, not a decision. Credit report checks happen separately, with the client's consent.
Can it work with a financial adviser CRM?
Yes, where the CRM allows it. Files go into storage your firm controls, such as Google Drive with an access log, and each application sits in the adviser's queue with its summary. If you use a financial adviser CRM, status and the summary can be written to it, and we confirm what it allows during discovery.
Can the workflow submit applications to banks?
No, the adviser submits through each bank's own channels, since bank portals rarely allow automated submission. The workflow prepares a tidy pack for each bank, with files named and ordered the way that bank asks for them, so the adviser spends less time assembling it.
How are client documents stored and protected under PDPA?
Clients agree to a PDPA notice before sending anything. Files move into storage your firm controls, access is limited to the assigned adviser and logged, and retention follows your policy. Documents are not shared outside your secure storage, and hosting and AI providers are confirmed with you before launch.
How much does it cost and how long does it take to set up?
It depends on the loan types and applicant profiles you handle, the checks and figures you need, and where files are stored. A private quote follows a free discovery session with your team. Timing depends on the same factors, and a common start is one loan type, such as personal loans, before adding the others.
