Interview scheduling software with CV screening, minus the chasing.
Each application becomes a short summary against the role. Candidates the recruiter invites pick their own interview slot.
This interview scheduling software lets the candidates you invite book live calendar slots on WhatsApp or email, after each CV is read against the job-related requirements you set, with no score or ranking. The recruiter chooses who to interview, reminders go out, and people make every hiring decision.
- Job-related criteria only
- Candidates book live slots
- No automatic rejections
No upfront consultation fee. Free discovery and a free tailored proposal.
Recruiters spend the day reading CVs and chasing calendars.
One role can draw hundreds of applications. Recruiters skim each CV for the same few requirements, then trade messages with candidates and interviewers to find a time. Strong candidates accept other offers while they wait.

Where the pieces connect.
Candidates apply where they already do. Summaries and bookings land in the ATS and calendars your recruiters use every day.
ATS platforms differ in what their APIs allow. Where yours is closed, summaries can sit in a shared sheet the recruiter works from.

Interview scheduling software questions.
Straight answers about scope, data, ownership and support. Can’t find yours? Ask us directly below.
How does this interview scheduling software work?
Applications from Indeed, your careers page or WhatsApp are collected and each CV is summarised against the role's requirements. The recruiter reads the summaries and chooses who to invite. Invited candidates then get live slots from the interviewers' calendars by WhatsApp or email, pick one, and receive a calendar invite and reminders.
Does AI CV screening score, rank or reject candidates?
No. Each summary shows how a CV lines up with the listed requirements and flags what it doesn't state, such as a notice period, without a score, ranking or automatic rejection. Criteria are job-related only and agreed with the hiring manager, and the recruiter decides who moves forward and how every rejection is worded.
Does it work with the ATS we already use?
Yes, where your ATS has an API. Applications, CV summaries and interview dates are written back to Greenhouse or another ATS, whether a global platform or an ATS built for Malaysia. Where the API is closed, or you track candidates in a spreadsheet today, we start from a shared sheet and connect the ATS later.
Can it schedule panel interviews and reschedules?
Yes. It finds slots where every interviewer is free across Google Calendar or Outlook, adds the room or video link and holds the panel's calendars. If a candidate reschedules in the same WhatsApp or email thread, everyone's invite is updated and new reminders are sent.
How is candidate data handled under PDPA?
Candidates see a PDPA notice when they apply, and their data is used only for recruitment. Access is limited to your hiring team, CVs are deleted on your retention schedule and access requests can be answered from the same records. Age, gender, race and religion are never considered, and hosting and AI providers are agreed with you.
How is this different from standard interview scheduling tools?
It covers the step before booking as well. Standard interview scheduling tools take over once you know who to invite; this also summarises each CV against the role so the recruiter can decide faster, then sends live slots on WhatsApp or email and updates your ATS. Screening, booking and reminders sit in one workflow instead of separate tools.
What does it cost, and how long does it take to set up?
It depends on your application sources, your ATS, your calendars and how many roles you hire for at once, so it is quoted privately after a free discovery session. Timelines follow the same factors. We start with one part, often interview scheduling for a single role type, get it running, then add CV summaries and other sources.
